The Conservatory is operated under a badging system. You must wear your badge while at school - not just for security, but also for access to practice rooms, the computer lab, and even your teacher’s studio.

In order to expedite your transition to school, we are asking that you send a photo of yourself to be used for your student ID badge. The format should be as listed below. This means no photos of your beloved pet, and no group pictures where we'd require cutting Johnny and Lola out of the image. Photos not meeting the following specifications will not be accepted.
Format: JPEG
Size: between 150x200 pixels to 600x800 pixels
Orientation: Portrait
Filename: Last (Family) Name, First Name.jpg

It must be a high-quality passport or headshot style photo, meaning the face must take up most of the space.
This can be either taken with a digital camera, or a scanned image of a printed photograph.

Please email Yunny Yip one photo by Friday, July 31st. Photos submitted after this date may not be processed in time. Students who do not submit photos or else who submit photos not meeting the needed specifications will have the opportunity to have an ID photo taken during Orientation.

** Recently graduated Conservatory students returning for another degree program should bring their existing badge back to school.

Once you have that information you will be able to access www.notes.sfcm.edu. Once you are able to access this page you will also be able to access the page that will have your audition and registration appointments.

The official method of communication for the Conservatory is through your SFCM email account. You are expected to check this account regularly. You may reach the login page by visiting www.notes.sfcm.edu. You will also be expected to visit the Student Info page on a regular basis. The link for this page is at the top of www.notes.sfcm.edu.
