Jill L. Ferguson

Chair, General Education; Literature; Oral Communication; Creative Writing

Jill L. Ferguson is an award-winning writer, editor and workshop keynote speaker. She has published more than 700 articles, essays and poems, including contributions to three books. Sometimes Art Can’t Save You, her young adult novel, was published in 2005. Ms. Ferguson’s latest two books, Raise Rules for Women: How to Make More Money at Work and Women Are Changing the Corporate Landscape: Rules for Cultivating Leadership Excellence, were published in 2008 and 2009, respectively. She has been a guest lecturer at Central Washington University, La Roche College, the University of Minnesota, and at middle schools and high schools in Pennsylvania and Washington State. Ms. Ferguson received her B.S. from La Roche College and an M.A. in English from Notre Dame de Namur University. She is currently working on an Ed.D. at Northeastern University.
