Produced by American Bach Soloists, the video includes an interview with Jamason as well as a performance
Corey Jamason, chair of historical performance, has been featured by American Bach Soloists (ABS) as part of their Artists Profiles series. ABS are leading performers in the field of Baroque music, dedicated to historically informed performances of Bach and his contemporaries.
In the video profile, Jamason, who is a principal keyboardist of ABS, discusses his favorite solo works as well as his musical inspirations and motivations. He then performs Johann Sebastian Bach’s Capriccio sopra la lontananza del suo fratello dilettissimo ("Capriccio on the departure of a beloved brother"), BWV 992 [9:13].
