Do you feel that the rambling constant thoughts in your head will always be there to sabotage your practicing, exams and/or auditions?
Would you like to feel more confident as a performer and learn more efficient ways to cope with life’s stresses?

Then come to SFCM’s “De-Stress” Support Group!

Sarah Voynow-Berman has been a licensed psychotherapist for over 20 years receiving a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Dominican University.  In her practice, she has worked with a diverse range of adults, children, couples, families, groups in counseling agencies, hospitals, and in public and private schools. She is also a professional musician with a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from The Juilliard School; she has played with the San Francisco Ballet, Symphony, Opera and can be heard on various recordings for gaming, television and film.
