As a licensed mental health professional, I provide confidential support to students experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or other emotional or mental health challenges. I meet with students on a short term basis to offer talk therapy and tools for managing personal issues, and can also provide resources and referrals for students in need of more long term mental health support.
