San Francisco Conservatory of Music offers non-SFCM student interns short term summer accommodations at The Bowes Center in the Civic Center district. With a Walk Score of 100 out of 100 the Bowes Center is considered a “walker’s paradise”. Occupants and residents can run daily errands without any need for single-occupancy vehicle. Located one block from major Muni bus lines, and within walking distance to Symphony, Opera, Ballet, SFJAZZ as well as Hayes Valley, Japantown and downtown.

Per the City of San Francisco occupancy requirements all Summer Interns must be enrolled in an accredited post secondary institution for either the current Summer or upcoming Fall term/semester.

$25 non-refundable application fee + $500 security deposit required. 30 days prior to your departure you will be charged a non-refundable cleaning fee of $125.00.
Vaccine Requirement
All residents must provide proof of vaccination and booster (if eligible) upon arrival. No exceptions.
