Event Marks Release of PentaTone Classics CD December Celebration Featuring SFCM Faculty and Alumni

The San Francisco Conservatory of Music heralds the holiday season and marks the release of the new PentaTone Classics CD December Celebration: New Carols by Seven American Composers with a concert on Friday, November 20 at 7:30 p.m. The event features artists from the recording, including soprano and SFCM alumna Lisa Delan ’89, the San Francisco choral group Volti, Musicians of the New Century Chamber Orchestra conducted by Dawn Harms, and Conservatory pianist Steven Bailey, joined by alumnus and baritone Bruce Rameker ’87. Admission is free; reservations are required. The concert takes place in the Conservatory’s Caroline H. Hume Concert Hall at 50 Oak Street.
