However if you are a patron requiring accessible seating, you can call our box office in advance and we can reserve seats for you ahead of time or you can let our ushers know night-of and we will assist you with acquiring seating.
  • If an event is assigned seating, wheelchair seats are made available through our ticketing page.

If an Event is Sold Out

  • If one of our general admission events sell out, we will offer Rush Tickets which can be reserved prior to the performance.
    • Depending on the capacity of the hall, we will release Rush Tickets starting 5-15 minutes prior to the event on a first-come first-serve basis.
  • For our priced tickets, we recommend you check the ticketing page closer to the event as tickets may become available.

General Hall Policies

  • Food and drink are not allowed in the hall with the exception of water in a sealed container or one of our concession cups with a lid.
  • No video recording or flash photography is allowed.
  • Lobby access starts 1 hour prior to a performance and 30 minutes after the completion of a performance or reception. Any patron found in the building outside of this timeframe will be escorted out of the building.
  • All of our free, ticketed events are first-come first-serve. We sell more tickets than the capacity of our spaces to anticipate attrition rates. Please arrive early to ensure a seat.
