Meditation, Mindfulness, and Yoga
50 Oak Street, San Francisco, CA 94102
Please come to classroom 507 for meditation and mindfulness practice (11:30 AM to 12:00 PM) followed by yoga (12:00 PM to 12:50 PM) in Classroom 507. The class will be focused on the needs and interests of those who come. We will work to find the most comfortable seat/position; you may wish to bring a blanket, bolster, or yoga mat. A limited number of yoga mats are available from the Student Services Center for sign-out.
