Employer Matching Gifts
To donate stock, endorse the original certificates to “San Francisco Conservatory of Music.” Sign your name exactly as it appears on the certificates. Mail or deliver the certificates to the address above. The value of a stock gift is the average of the high and low trading values on the date of transfer. The date of transfer is the date on which the shares reach SFCM’s account when transferred electronically or the postmark date when sent by mail.
