Step into the mystical realm of Mozart's The Magic Flute, where dreams and reality intertwine in a dazzling journey of love, wisdom, and transformation. The San Francisco Conservatory of Music is proud to present its undergraduate production of this beloved opera, directed by coveted soprano and voice faculty member, Rhoslyn Jones, showcasing the incredible talent of our students.
This enchanting tale follows Tamino, a young prince, as he embarks on a quest to rescue Pamina, the princess held captive by the powerful Sarastro. Along the way, he is guided by the whimsical and humorous Papageno, facing trials of both heart and mind. A magical cast of characters, including the enigmatic Queen of the Night, bring Mozart's timeless music and rich story to life.
