Transition to Practice Room

We have built in transition time to and from practice rooms to accommodate scheduling fluctuations in warm up rooms, audition area, and for bathroom breaks.

Please return to the check in table at the "Transition to Practice Room/Practice Room Access" time listed in the confirmation email. At this time, applicants will be shown to the warm up area and put into the next available room. Our staff will retrieve applicants when it is time to proceed to the next area. Applicants should not return to the check in table earlier than their transition time.

Warm Up Length

Each applicant will receive a minimum of 40 minutes for warm-up, with potential additional time based on area policies. Vocalists will have a minimum of 30 minutes of solo warm up time, followed by 10 minutes of rehearsal with the provided collaborative pianist in a separate rehearsal room on the Salon level. Students will be guided to each location.
