E4TT / TAC: Women Crossing/Liminality
Partnership events offer the unique opportunity for our students to work with outside organizations, allowing them to work with professionals in the industry and learn from their expertise.
Sixth multimedia collaboration of the Ensemble for These Times (E4TT) and SFCM Department of Technology and Applied Composition (TAC), and the culmination of the E4TT’s two-year exploration of women's immigration and identity, with four World Premieres and two additional works. Performed by Ensemble for These Times cellist Megan Chartier and pianist Margaret Halbig, joined by percussionist Haruka Fujii, violinist Lylia Guion, soprano Bryana Marrero, flutist Stacey Pelinka, and composer-performer and media artist Pamela Z.

Winner of The American Prize for Chamber Music Performance in 2021, contemporary chamber music group Ensemble for These Times (E4TT) consists of award-winning soprano, Artistic Executive Director and co-founder Nanette McGuinness, cellist and season graphic designer Megan Chartier, pianist Margaret Halbig, and composer, co-founder, and Senior Artistic Advisor David Garner, plus regular guest musicians. Women artists are an ongoing focus.
